Circular Meditation
Members create mental loops—thoughts that reference themselves infinitely—and then practice achieving peace by ignoring the impossibility of resolution. This mirrors the practice of creating circular formulas and finding enlightenment in the error messages.
Technique:
- Begin with a simple thought: "I am thinking about thinking about..."
- Allow the thought to loop back on itself infinitely
- When the mind crashes from the paradox, find peace in the error
- Practice ignoring the circle while remaining aware of its presence
